He makes wine with his wife, Isabelle Pascal, a microbiologist whose family also has a long history in Champagne. Pioneering the conversion to biodynamic farming and renowned for crafting natural champagnes since the early 2000s, Franck Pascal exemplifies the best of Pinot Meunier.
