He makes wine with his wife, Isabelle Pascal, a microbiologist whose family also has a long history in Champagne. Pioneering the conversion to biodynamic farming and renowned for crafting natural champagnes since the early 2000s, Franck Pascal exemplifies the best of Pinot Meunier. Franck was the first vigneron in Champagne to convert his vineyards to biodynamic practices and received the Biodyvin certification in 2005.
